Project 01
A full-cycle enterprise platform that connects workforce readiness, customer requirements, service orders, assignment, attendance, payout, billing, documents, reporting, permissions, and notifications around one operational record. When those decisions are split across spreadsheets, messages, verbal follow-up, and disconnected tools, teams must reconstruct the truth after work happens. Operations can assign someone who is not ready, finance can calculate from a different version of attendance, corrections can erase history, and managers can receive summaries that no longer match the underlying transactions. A substantial working platform exists across the complete operational and financial chain described above. Current source verifies the major transaction modules, document generation, timed communication logic, permissions, logs, exports, and management reporting. Continued work is expanding integrated document delivery and reconciling selected legacy-rule inconsistencies. No customer count, revenue, time saving, adoption rate, or other quantified business outcome is claimed.
Project 02
A governed daily-to-weekly management loop that connects business facts, owned tasks, operational evidence, human judgment, escalation, and decision reporting. Chat can be mistaken for proof, reports can hide unowned actions, duplicate tasks can multiply, stale facts can enter weekly reviews, and automation can report success even when it read incomplete data or delivered to the wrong route. The control architecture, source contracts, deterministic modules, and tests exist. Historical runs exposed material defects, so all scheduled daily and weekly workflows remain disabled while end-to-end acceptance is rebuilt. Reliable production automation and quantified operational impact are not yet verified.
Project 03
A multi-tenant SaaS product connecting worker registration and tenant admission with sites, shift dispatch, booking, QR attendance, timesheet review, and payroll-support export. Registration, worker information, approval, dispatch, scheduling, check-in, and timesheets are often fragmented. Generic scheduling tools may not cover tenant-specific admission, walk-ins, QR attendance, or operational payroll preparation. A working codebase contains distinct platform, tenant, and worker surfaces and implements the core registration-to-timesheet chain. It remains in active development: real email delivery is pending and several finance/settings surfaces are placeholders. No launch, paid adoption, revenue, usage, or reliability outcome is claimed.
Project 04
A governed architecture that routes multiple AI runtimes through shared knowledge, owner workspaces, capabilities, validation, and controlled promotion. Without shared routing and mechanical controls, work fragments across sessions, facts become stale, project ownership blurs, capabilities are duplicated, and private runtime details can leak into durable business records. The shared Wiki, project routing, workspace controls, capability catalogue, validation tools, and cross-runtime operating rules are active and used for ongoing work. The system continues to evolve; no claim is made that third-party runtimes or external tools were built by Kai.
Project 05
A source-of-truth and document-automation system that turns scattered operating knowledge and brand assets into governed, reusable business outputs. Teams cannot reliably generate customer or internal documents when ownership, version, approval, and reuse rules are unclear. Copying a file may look efficient but creates another uncontrolled fact source. The governance structure, canonical assets, reusable templates, generation workflows, and validators exist. Adoption, organisation-wide compliance, time saved, and error reduction have not been quantified.
